  1. Please note that a separate registration form must be used for each participant.
  2. Please be informed that registration is not transferable to another person.
  3. Registration will only be valid when payment is received in full by the Malaysian Association for Prosthodontics.
  4. Delegates who wish to attend pre-conference workshopsmust register for the main conference.
  5. All poster presenters must register for the main conference upon acceptance of abstract. Last date for registration for poster presenters at early-bird rate will be on 8thSeptember 2017.
  6. For on-site registration of local delegates,ONLYcash in Ringgit Malaysia will be accepted.
  7. The organising committee reserves the right to change or cancel the programme without prior notice if circumstances dictate.
  8. The organising committee will provide e-certificates to all delegates. It is the responsibility of the delegate to complete their e-survey form to receive the e-certificates.
  9. An acknowledgement e-mail will be sent once the payment transactions are completed successfully
  10. Please take note that registration package includes ONLY the following:
    1. Entry for all 3 days for the main conference
    2. Name tag with lanyard
    3. Conference
    4. Entrance to lecture halls (except visitors and accompanying persons)
    5. Access to exhibition area
    6. Invitation to opening ceremony
